The Siding Spring Observatory is located in Connabarabran, Australia.  This observatory is the home of the Anglo Australian telescopes. John Shobbrook,night assistant on the 2.3 meter telescope, opened his home to provide a site for this imaging work.

 Most of the images on this website were taken with a Takahashi FSQ 106 and a ST8E CCD camera. For some of the close up shots a  Celestron 9 1/4 Schmidt Cessegrain telescope at f/10 was used.
